Job Description:

Position: HR Admin

Salary: 2000 - 4000 AED

location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews

- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation process

- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations

- Process employee benefits, such as health insurance and leave requests

- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters

- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information and guidance on HR policies and procedures

- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to the HR team

- Assist in organizing employee events and training programs

- Maintain and update HR databases and employee files

- Keep track of HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction

- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations

- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role

- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus

- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills is a plus
