Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for our company. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software

- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and ethical standards

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

- UAE driving license is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services

- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with vendors

- Review and analyze purchase requisitions and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies

- Collaborate with other departments to identify procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

- Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations and ethical standards
