Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our project site team. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • - Monitor and maintain project site network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • - Assist in the setup and maintenance of project site servers and databases.
  • - Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
  • - Train project site staff on basic IT skills and best practices.
  • - Keep accurate records of IT equipment and software inventory.
  • - Communicate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • - Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • - Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • - Good time management and organizational skills.
  • - Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
