Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy.
- Create high-quality, engaging content aligned with the company’s brand, values, and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to build community.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and report insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Maintain and update the company website and online platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for digital content creation.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertisements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote company initiatives, projects, and achievements online.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative ideas.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, website traffic, and digital engagement.
- Use analytics to recommend improvements and strategies for audience growth.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
